Please find here information related to our insurance policy and how you can make a claim, avail of emergency support and access your policy documents.

If you require urgent medical attention, please seek this support immediately at your nearest clinic / hospital or call 911 / 112. To speak with your insurer and receive advice regarding medical assistance or learn about your cover, please call the phone number listed on your guard.me Certificate of Insurance.

There are two insurers that guard.me work with; White Horse Insurance DAC, and AXA. Please check your Certificate of Insurance to confirm which insurer provides your cover.

For White Horse Insurance Policies:

24-hour worldwide medical & emergency assistance is available through our assistance partner, Euro-Center. In the event of serious illness or bodily injury which may lead to inpatient hospital treatment, or before any arrangements are made for repatriation, you must contact Euro-Center on +420 221 860 685.

For AXA Insurance Policies:

If AXA are the insurer for your policy, in the event of an emergency, you must notify AXA.

For White Horse Insurance Policies:

As part of your guard.me policy, Euro-Center are able to provide medical GP support to you for free, in multiple languages. In order to avail of this, please contact Euro-Center on +420 221 860 685.

For AXA Insurance Policies

If AXA are the insurer for your policy, please refer to the phone number of your Certificate of Insurance.

For White Horse Insurance Policies

If White Horse Insurance DAC are the insurer for your policy, in the event of a claim, you must notify White Horse Insurance as soon as possible from when you become aware that you need to make a claim. Please contact them by either:

What Do I Need To Claim?

Please ensure that you have the following information available, if possible. Failure to have the below information to hand may result in your claim being delayed. 

  • Name of your policy
  • Who was your policy purchased by (school / agency)
  • Policy number
  • Date insurance issued

Please also prepare the following information in advance of making a claim:

  • Where the incident occurred
  • Value of claim
  • Brief circumstances
  • Travel dates
  • Incident dates

Claim notification should be made as soon as possible after any bodily injury, serious illness, disease, incident, event or the discovery of any loss or damage which may lead to a claim under this policy.

You can access your documents in two ways:

  1. You can contact your school / agency (where you purchased your insurance) and they possess a copy of all of your insurance documents.
  2. Alternatively, you can login to your account. In order to login, you will need the email address that was provided to us at the time your insurance was booked. To login to your account, please click here.
