In order to access the portal, you will need to be set-up as a user. Your school will need to contact us in advance and confirm your requirement and access level for the portal. This can be done by completing this form and submitting it via Email.
If you have any issues accessing the portal, or have any questions regarding how to use it, please contact our Administration Department by Email.
In order to change start dates of a policy, we must be informed in advance of the start date.
In order to update other fields, such as date of birth, address and other personal information, please log into the portal and submit a message to our Administration Team.

We can only accept correspondences that include personal information of students on our secure portal, and cannot accept any such correspondences in email.
